By accessing or using the OWLert application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
OWLert provides book analysis services to help families monitor content. By creating an account or querying books, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to follow all conditions outlined herein.
2. Use of the Service
OWLert grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the application for individual, family, or domestic screening. You agree not to misuse the service (e.g. attempting bulk queries or scraping the underlying data models) or assist others in doing so.
3. User Accounts
To unlock custom content thresholds, save history log results, or configure profile preferences, you must authenticate using your Google account. You remain fully responsible for maintaining your security credentials and for all activities that take place under your account context.
4. Intellectual Property
All elements, logos (including the OWLert owl illustration), interface designs, CSS properties, brand assets, and custom analysis models are the proprietary intellectual property of OWLert. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or modify these assets without explicit consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
OWLert is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated book summaries, theme flags, and compatibility score predictions represent automated assessments and do not constitute absolute guarantees. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your usage choices.
